Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in this document carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to rp55's website, mobile app, and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on rp55 and is using the services.
• "Account" refers to a registered user's personal profile and wallet.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, and ancillary facilities provided by rp55.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to money credited to a user's account as a promotion or reward.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum bet amount required to withdraw bonus winnings.

The definitions above apply to both genders and to both singular and plural forms.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use the rp55 platform, a user must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only.
• Must have full personal and legal capacity and be eligible to voluntarily accept these terms.
• Must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.
• Must own only one account. The same person may not open more than one account.

rp55 reserves the right to verify age or identity at any time. When requested for verification, the user must provide valid identification. Account activity may be restricted until verification is complete.

Account Registration

When registering on rp55, the user must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The following applies:

• All information provided must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts will be identified as duplicates and closed.
• Only one active account is allowed per household or per device.
• Payment details provided at registration must belong to the account holder.

Upon completing registration, the user will receive a unique user ID. This ID is non-transferable and may not be shared with any other person.

Account Security

The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. The following rules apply:

• Passwords must be kept strong and it is advisable to change them regularly.
• Login credentials must not be shared with anyone.
• If unauthorized access is suspected, rp55 support must be notified immediately.
• All activity carried out on a user's account will be considered the responsibility of that user.

rp55 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected. The user will be contacted for verification in such cases.

Deposits & Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to financial transactions on the rp55 platform:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal time: 5 to 30 minutes.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank).

The payment account used for deposits must be registered in the user's own name. Transactions via third-party accounts are not permitted, and any such transactions identified will be cancelled.

Before processing a withdrawal request, rp55 reserves the right to complete identity verification and anti-money laundering checks. Withdrawals may be held if verification is not satisfactory.

rp55 will not be held liable for unusual delays in the withdrawal process caused by technical errors or delays from third-party payment providers, but maximum assistance will be provided.

Bonuses & Promotions

rp55 offers the following bonuses. All bonuses carry specific terms and conditions that must be followed:

Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000.

• Example: Depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.
• Alternatively: Depositing ৳32,000 or more gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳47,000.

Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount must be placed.

• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Wagering will be calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

Some additional important conditions regarding bonuses:

• Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
• Bonuses may have a time limit for use — see the specific offer details.
• To participate in promotions, the account must be active and verified.
• rp55 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If misuse or fraud related to bonuses is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled.

Gaming Rules

General rules apply to all games operated on the rp55 platform:

• Each game has its own rules described within the game itself. It is the user's responsibility to read and understand them.
• If a game round is cancelled due to a technical issue, the bets placed in that round will be refunded.
• If incorrect payouts occur due to a software error, rp55 reserves the right to correct the amount.
• In live casino games, a round may be cancelled in the event of a technical disruption to the dealer or camera feed.
• In sports betting, available markets and odds are displayed on the platform. rp55 reserves the right to remove or change any betting market.

Any dispute regarding a gaming result must be raised with the support team within 72 hours of the incident.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rp55 platform:

• Participating in fraud, deception, or illegal activities.
• Intentionally exploiting software errors or bugs and failing to report them.
• Using bots or automated software to operate games.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to legitimize funds from illegal sources.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Using real-time sports information to gain an unfair advantage (arbitrage).

If any such activity is detected, rp55 will immediately close the relevant account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

rp55 is committed to operating a safe and reliable platform. However, rp55's liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues with the user's device.
• Inconvenience caused by service disruptions from third-party payment providers or game software suppliers.
• Service downtime due to unexpected natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
• Loss resulting from the user sharing their own login credentials with others.

rp55 provides gaming and betting services through its platform. Gaming is an entertainment activity and users participate of their own free will. rp55 is not liable for financial losses.

Account Closure & Suspension

rp55 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or deception.
• Failure to pass age verification or evidence of providing false information.
• Suspicious transactions identified under anti-money laundering policy.
• The user voluntarily submits a request to close their account.

Users who wish to close their account may contact the support team. Upon account closure, the opportunity to withdraw the valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be provided, provided no policy violations have occurred.

rp55 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on the platform. For significant changes, a notification may be sent to the registered email or account.

If a user does not agree with the updated terms, they may request to close their account. Continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
